When can I collect my order, and do you offer same-day delivery?
You can collect your flowers from our Dunboyne shop during our standard working hours. To ensure your order is perfectly prepared, we kindly request an hours notice for collections.
Alternatively, we can call you once your order is ready, preventing any potential wait times.
Same day delivery is available on orders placed before 13:00.
Please specify if you would like us to avoid specific flowers in your arrangement, as this cannot be guaranteed otherwise.
What areas around Dunboyne do you deliver to, and what are the costs?
Delivery cost varies depending on area.
Please ensure you select the correct delivery area upon checkout, or the cost difference will be deducted from the flower cost.
A phone number for the recipient is required for the driver to make contact should the recipient not be home, or if the property is difficult to access. See all Delivery T&Cs here.
Can I add a personalised message to my order?
Yes, card messages can be added to your orders during the selection process.
Do you offer delivery for funeral service?
Yes, delivery for funeral service is available.
If you are placing an order for delivery to a funeral we kindly request that you supply us with the name of the deceased and ceremony time/location to ensure your delivery arrives promptly.
Alternatively, we may make contact with the funeral director and deliver to them instead.
